CANCELLATION POLICY

Your appointment time is reserved especially for you. As a solo esthetician, late cancellations and no‑shows directly affect my ability to care for other clients. • A valid card is required to book all appointments. • You will not be charged at the time of booking. • 24‑hour notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. • Appointments canceled less then 24 hours will be charged 50% of the scheduled service. • No‑shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. • Any cancellation or no‑show fees will be charged at the end of the scheduled service day. • Clients who arrive 15 minutes late or more may need to reschedule and will be subject to the cancellation fee. I understand that emergencies happen—please communicate as soon as possible, and I will always do my best to be fair and understanding. By booking an appointment, you agree to this policy.
